They gave me an automated test. Then got an automated email that said they weren't interested in me for the potential role but may contact me in the future. I tried contacting the recruiter to find out more details but never heard back.

It’s very tough as you move up and spend more time you would feel that it’s all subjective and has nothing to do with actual job description. Interview process is long and puts you down as a candidate to go and revise all the book knowledge which might not be applicable in real life
