The recruiter reached out and we had a quick 30 minute conversation. I was then sent the assessment and then a rejection letter that didn’t state the results of the assessment but rather they found another candidate (mind you this was sent during the weekend which is an odd time to find another candidate).
Feedback for Amazon: Please either provide the results once you submit the assessment or have the recruiter follow up with these details instead of a generic rejection. It shows a lack of transparency by not disclosing the results which leads me to wonder how many people who score “green” don’t get moved along. I believe at the very the least you should provide feedback for future improvement if you wont disclose the assessment results.

Recruiter reached out via email. Had a very good experience with the recruiter who explained the process and gave an idea of what to expect at the first technical evaluation. The technical evaluation had about 12-15 questions, with two questions that were behavior based and needed to be answered using Amazon Leadership tenets.
