Phone Interview: If your application is selected, you may be contacted for a phone interview. This interview is usually conducted by a recruiter and is designed to assess your qualifications, skills, and interest in the program. Virtual/Onsite Interview: If you pass the phone interview, you may be invited for a virtual or onsite interview. This interview is usually conducted by a hiring manager or a panel of interviewers and is more in-depth than the phone interview.
