9 interviews. First one with hiring manager, second one with HR, the other ones with the team. Onboarding process a litte bit slow, it took 2 months. Salary average. Benefits average.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Amazon in Jun 2022
Interview
I received email from a recruiting team after almost 8 days of application were I was given slots to choose from for the first phone interview round.
After the slot was selected I was asked to join the interview through Amazon Chime. On the day, I joined the call and waited for around 40 minutes for the interviewer but she did not join the call. I also pinged her on chime but no response. Later even after sending 3 emails to the recruiting team I did not receive any response.
This was the worst experience I have had in the country like Germany and was expecting it from the company like Amazon. I hope the recruiting team takes such issue seriously.
