Multiple interviews. Recruiter, manager, then a 4hr round table. Very thorough and difficult interview. STAR format is critical in the way stories are presented and will be knocked for not using that format.

No difficult questions. Many follow-up questions to see if the interviewee was saying the truth I think. Preparation for Leadership Principles in STAR format definitely helped.
