I had a recommendation from a friend who worked there. I submitted a CV, but it was immediately rejected by the application system and required a manual intervention to re-approve. For the rest, the process was fairly normal for AWS: 5 interviews, focused on Amazon leadership principles. Initial interviews had some coding tasks on the level of "write a linked list".
