From Technical aspect, just be strong with networking fundamentals and have a clear idea of how things actually work in networking.
For Operating Systems round, just know basics of OS and some commands (from either linux or Windows, whichever you are comfortable with)
The interview process was well-structured and professional. It started with an online application and initial screening, followed by technical and behavioral interviews. The questions focused on basic cloud concepts, networking, troubleshooting scenarios, and customer-focused situations. The interviewers were friendly and explained the next steps clearly. Overall, the process was fair and gave a good sense of what the Cloud Support Engineer role involves.

It was a good process, from the start everyone very friendly and all transparent. It's a long process in which a lot of interviews are taken, so if you're going to take a process with Amazon, you have to be aware of that.
