Every interviewer that you speak with, will be asking you to discuss a previous job situation where you demonstrated a specific principle. Important note: the interviewer will not tell you which Leadership Principle they are referencing with the question, however, studying each principle will help you make a judgment, based on the question, of the principle that the question relates. For example, for the leadership principle "Bias for Action", you might get a question, "Tell me about a time when you have worked against tight deadlines and didn't have time to consider all options before making a decision.
