Amazon Web Services Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It’s quite involved ranging from submitting your CV then on to an online and test. Then interview prep email & meeting with the recruiter then on to STAR interviews with 4-6 different people.

I interviewed at least 3 times in the past 2 years with AWS and each time it was a strange, disorienting and poorly managed process. I applied for at least 10 sales roles and they call me back about one of them, inviting for an interview. At the interview you find out that this is about another role. After the interview, a rejection email comes for one of the roles - I already had no idea what is happening and why. Is this the famous AWS „ambigious environment” or are they just running around clueless? Either way, always a red flag with AWS, I dont think its a good company to work for anymore.
