Amazon Web Services Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It is a rigorous process where you have an initial phone screen, a second phone interview then a day of interviews with 5-7 people, To be successful, you must be very familiar with Amazon Leadership Principles.

The interview is based on the principal of constantly "raising the bar" - hiring people who are better than at least 50% of the existing employees. Amazon wants to understand the real experience managing different type of situations and then compare it with Amazon LPs. You are interviewed by 5 people one by one, they later consolidate their impressions and agree on the conclusion.
