Amazon Web Services Sr. Solution Architect interview questions

Referral through a connection at AWS. Phone interview was primarily focused on technical and not as much related to Leadership Principles which is what I was lead to believe. I was on with video but did not get the same courtesy in return which was uncomfortable. I wish I had turned my camera off.

Two "filter" interviews, then the five interviews gauntlet, with a mix of technical and sales people. The interviews are very formulaic, they must ask questions from their database, and you must answer following the STAR method (+ add "lessons learned" to it) - even when it's not necessary well suited.
