Amazon Web Services Senior Program Manager interview questions

Interview process was way too cumbersome for any job. Over 7 interviews only for them to deny you a job. It was not worth the hassle. Be prepared for this.

5 back to back interviews with a lunch in the middle. Interviews were with hiring manager, 2 of his peers, skip level and one outside the org (adjacent org) leader for bar raiser. All interviews try and hit some leadership values, so the key is to identify which leadership principles they could connect to while providing your response. A standard STAR format works great.
