Argued for 30 minutes over the definition of a hash. Was not a very fun experience. Is a javascript object a hash? Well it has all the defining traits, at least as far as I'm concerned. When these types of things become more important in interviews than the ability to communicate, I know a place isnt for me.
There were at least three rounds. First, a behavioral phone interview, then an online test of two problems to solve and a final onsite (online) visit to meet the team. However, I did not get to meet the team. I only met an other team member which asked me further questions about my background, leadership skills and more.
