the process is long, gave interview in feb, then second round happened quickly. I t was panel interview. but everyone was very warm and make you feel comfortable. then you are asked about salary and offer letter is given and background verification starts. it takes them 2-3 weeks and if everything is fine, recruiter will not contat but you have to send them reminders to share status. they only share status once the training is about to start, one week prior, they send welcome mails.
