Interview
Had an initial phone screening with HR, and was invited to come in for an in-person interview where I met seperately with a director and manager for 30 minutes each. I was told that there would be a superday early during the next week but in the end I was not invited. I thought the interview actually went quite well but got the feeling they were not convinced that my experience was directly relevant. Also, they have a blue office structure (I think they called it blue) where no one has their own desk and office. They all just sit in different places each day. Seemed wierd.
Interview was all online, and took about 30 minutes to do. There was not even a person, it was just online prompts asking me questions. I'm sure they had a ton of applicants, being the New York Location. I

It was mostly behavioral for first round 30 minute interview. Second interview was 30 min behavioral and then another 30 min technical. They asked basically just about the company and how they make money. things of that sort.
