I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at American Express
Interview
Simple and straightforward hiring process. Very behavioral and situational. Didn't receive any curveballs or case studies. However, the process takes a long time - about 1-2 months. But this can very across divisions and hiring leads.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The most "difficult" question was "What are American Express's key revenue streams and costs? Describe three of each." Basically, you should have a solid understanding of how the business makes money and how it operates, because there are so many business lines at the company.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at American Express (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Dec 2024
Interview
had a really positive interview experience with American Express for the Business Development Associate role. The interviewers were professional, engaging, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The questions were thoughtful and gave me a chance to truly express my strengths and passion for the role. It felt more like a conversation than an interrogation, which I really appreciated.
there are total 3 rounds of the interview
first ground- phone interview with HR
second round and third round, there are the zoom interview with the line manager and director
