American Express Senior Manager, Marketing interview questions

People I met with were nice, but I had to go through too many rounds (6). It seemed a bit much that I had to meet this many people. The questions were fair, however, and the interviewers took an interest to get to know me as a person, not just my job qualifications.

Four interviews in total, competency based questions. Mainly wanted to understand strengths in previous positions as they pertained to the job opening. Once interview process concluded, had two weeks to make a counter and accept.
