American Express Sr. Product Manager interview questions

Had 6 rounds and then they just ghosted me. I emailed the hiring manager and HR twice and no one replied. One of the SE I interviewed with then reached out to HR to let them know that wasn’t ok. He was really nice but interview process was awful. Wasted 6 hours to be ghosted

Approached by contracted recruiter, prescreened and then introduced to team leadership. That went well and then I had an onsite interview with 3x 30 minute meetings. The team leader met me after the interviews for a chat. Friendly and straight forward! The internal recruiters we're really nice and responsive.
