American Express Manager Coaching and Development interview questions

Very long and very slow interview process. Took almost two months to get to the final round. Met with 7 different people and had to do a project. Project was not mentioned in initial interview with recruiter. Was told the position was being reworked and they weren't ready to hire. Saw job posted two weeks later. Wasn't considered for new job posting. Complete waste of time.
