No interview i just went in and signed up with the Red Cross and they had me come in the next day to start but it was up to you if you wanted to start right away. Very good work place for students and people who have time on their hands. Friendly workplace and positive experience

Interview
I applied for summer internship on their website and got a phone interview. At first the interviewer introduced the summer project and the responsibilities of interns. Then I was asked some basic questions, like the current University, degree, major and location. Also, she asked what drew me to this position and what made me a good candidate. Finally, there were some questions about the proficiency for Microsoft Office and HTML.

Interview
I was connected to the director through a local university while I was attending a masters program. The interview was in person and set up through email. I arrived and some basic questions were asked about what I would like to learn and what skills I would bring. It lasted approximately 20 minutes, and was not stressful.
