American Red Cross interview questions

I applied on line, I was called in for an interview after about five days. I was sent a packet to fill out for background information/check. About a week or so later I was called in for a drug screen and to fill out my employee paper work and get my ID card and uniforms.

interviewed by director and assistant director on personnel , professional questions for employment. Experience of previous jobs held. Situational questions asked if on a blood drive and if an emergency should occur what would u to assess the situation.
