American Red Cross interview questions

It was a hard interview. It was based on past behaviours. Behavioural questions are overrated. I can make up scenarios on the spot. As long as you have an idea of what to do in a presented situation what does it matter what you did in the past.

Had 3 interviews and a presentation and all of that I received a thanks, but no thanks email. No explanation or feedback. Very disappointing considering the amount of time . Invested
