I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Red Cross (Phila, PA) in Apr 2019
Interview
Easy and to the point. They ask normal questions relating to the position. Mainly, experience, and scheduling. They want to make sure that you will be with the company for a long time. The benefits are good it just hard work.

Interview
The interview was by phone with the hiring manager and was short and easy. Their HR team found me on LinkedIn. However, they had bad communication skills post-interview. Don't expect any follow up.
