I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at American Red Cross in Aug 2021
Interview
Interviewed with a recruiter who went over job description including salary, benefits, and organizational metrics. They did a good job describing the role and moving through questions. I was told follow-up would be within a week. At two and a half weeks I sent a follow-up and received word the hiring manager had not made a decision on the next steps. A week later I received an automated email saying they had moved on with other candidates. Communication needed to be better.

Interview
Throughout the process, I was rarely communicated with even after requesting status updates. After three interviews over the course of three months, I was never informed of not getting the role. I only learned of the new hire by searching the website.
