Applied online, received callback followed by brief phone interview, then zoom interview with another supervisor. There was a typing test and background check. The entire process took about 40 days. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. They were very thorough in their explanation of the position and its requirements, as well as the timeline of hiring and training. The background check was thorough. The pay is fairly low to start with, but it appears that there are opportunities to move up once you're established.
