I received an email from a recruiter about this role and we spoke for 30 minutes. The recruiter shared information about the organization and asked straightforward questions related to relevant experience and skills for this role.
I applied online. I interviewed at American Red Cross in Sep 2022
Interview
ambivalence, going through the motions, big rush like "I have better things to do", little depth or susbstance, arrogrance and rudeness, little interest in me, a checklist of rote questions delivered in a mechanical fashion.
The interviewer was very nice, professional, helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. It was a great experience and the Red Cross is a good company, they do a lot of good work in the US and the world. I was excited to get the offer. Sadly getting there and seeing leadership in action was a different story
