I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Aon in Jul 2016
Interview
Was contacted a few days after submitting my formal application and resume on Aon's website. Talked to a very helpful HR Coordinator who gave me all the info I needed to do well, and all responses were very prompt. Was brought in a few days later and met with three separate people of different levels, along with the HR Director. Three 30-minute interviews and a short test of Excel knowledge.

What are you looking for out of a job?
How would you handle a stressful situation on the job?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Singapur) in Oct 2015
Interview
There was a phone screening, followed by in person interview. The last round was a case study in business strategy.
The questions were not well prepared and interviewers were not helpful for clarifications. HR was VERY unprofessional and did not reply despite following up through calling and a couple of emails.
Would not recommend the company.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Apr 2016
Interview
Easy interview. Was completed in one day. The one month follow-up was tedious because I had to call them up repeatedly for updates. The confirmation was not clearly given. I had to actually ask if my position was confirmed or not. But overall a rewarding experience since its an organization like Aon.
