I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Singapur) in Feb 2017
Interview
Aon requires you to do some logical test, and that results along with your resume will be made available to the hiring manager where they'll shortlist the candidates and call you up for a face-to-face interview in the office.
The face-to-face interview is easy-going, the manager wants to know more about you and also share about what Aon and the business function actually do.
simple. English test with HR followed by the typical questions of why you want to work here. Then, there was another interview with head of department. This part consisted also on very easy questions. It was more a description of the role rather than an interview
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aon
Interview
Applied thourgh campus recruitment. Mostly behavioral question. Asked about resume and leadership skills in particular. My career goals in several years later etc. and about exams taken. It was overall very typical.
