Interview
I applied online, and after contacting the recruiter about two weeks after submitting my application I received an interview via email. It was an online interview through Hirevue with essay and video questions. They asked me to complete it the same day I received the email. The whole process was very impersonal. Soon after they said they were already in the final interview stages when I applied so I was not considered in any further steps.

Give a situation where you had to use data to influence someone, and what points did you use to do so?
Hirevue, data assessment, interviews, really long for no reason tbh, there was not constant contact with the recruiter felt like i was getting ghosted at times idk odd it definitely could have been better
Very easy, felt more like conversations than interviews. Various behavioral questions to get you to showcase your skills, was a slow but good process. Its 3 separate parts, so make sure you know every inch of your resume.
online application, then there is a online assessment about SJT, then there is an on demand video interview with 4 questions. The last stage is an in person assessment centre
