Aon Megers & Acquisitions Analyst interview questions

I had a phone interview. The interviewer asked a lot of different behavioural questions and asked me to present myself. After the interview AON never got back to me even though I contacted them twice to get a status. It is really unsatisfying to spend so many hours of research and preparation when AON don't take peoples time serious and even don't respond to a simple email.
