I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Aon (Norwalk, CT) in Nov 2021
Interview
The interview consisted of three seperate meetings online with different members of the team. These meetings were very straightforward with minimal behavioral questions and a very light tone to the process, mostly touching on my resume and past experiences.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Aon (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2022
Interview
First part was one way video interview
Second, meeting with managers in the office.
Had several general hr questions, not specific to the profession. Kind of felt that they have decided something before or right during the interview, because I haven't been asked professional or deep questions. Also did not notice much enthusiasm.
I wish the second interview was online, as I had to take time off and drive downtown for something that did not seem serious.
Did get the generic rejection response after 4 weeks from the meeting
I applied online. I interviewed at Aon (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2022
Interview
The first interview felt very impersonal. It was a one-way interview using a virtual, automated interview website. After submitting the interview and following up twice with the recruiter, I never heard back from them, not even a rejection letter. For a major company, I felt this was very poorly run.

Question 1
Rather than asking any personal questions about me and my skills, they focused more on technical questions.
