The first interview I had was with a recruiter. Really brief, he was trying to determine if I was first and foremost, qualified for the position. Wanted to go into detail about my current position, job duties, and performance. The second interview was with my potential manager. This interview was more about my knowledge of the role, and really understanding how my past experience would be beneficial for the position I was interviewing for. My third interview was with the team lead, she really gave me a great insight as to what the job expectations would be, my day to day, as well as the things she recognized that could possibly be a learning curves for me. She also spoke about her experience and growth within the company, which was really a big positive for me. My final interview was a group interview with three people, the first part was a presentation, and the final part was an actual interview. You must prepare for the presentation. This is not something you can go in and “wing”. They are looking for someone who can put the work in and is really “hungry” for the position. Overall I had an amazing interview experience. Even if I wasn’t offered the position, I truly have no cons about the process. The recruiter Amando really made it his mission to partner with me through every step of the process and I’ve never had that experience anywhere before.
