Interview for the Ascend graduate role.
First round included a phone call with HR with typical questions about who you are, background, etc. Second screening included a video call with a senior member of staff, who asked about experience in tech or programming. Final round was an assessment center (half-day) which included 4 different interviews that were testing different competencies like technical skills, communication, leadership. A final group exercise made the interviewees work through a problem and come up with a solution and give a small presentation on thought process.
