I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Belfast, Irlanda del Norte) in Mar 2018
Interview
First interview was a FaceTime interview- very casual, chatted about my CV and the role. Then got an invite to their hiring event a week later.
Second interview was a panel/group interview that was like speed dating - I was interviewed by 3 groups of 2 Apple store managers and spent 20 mins with each. I enjoyed this as it went very quickly and it was good to chat to different managers. Typical questions asked- why Apple? Tell us about a difficult customer...etc and I was invited to a third interview the next day.
Third interview was with two different Apple store managers- same format, few questions about my cv and how I would adapt to this role.
Was called a few hours later with a job offer.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had a difficult customer and what did you do
Very straight forward, ask about your previous work experience and customer service experience. Was totally like a conversation and not like a script they were going off. It’s a simple process and truly seamless
Challenge yourself. Each interview is different than the last even for the same role. You must be able to share stories that support the goals of the store. Moving up can be quite challenging due to the number of applicants

long - 1-2 months generally 3-5 interview rounds including the initial group interview/seminar. Each interview thereafter is with one manager, one and one and then eventually the store manager where they generally group you with 2 or 3 other people.
