Easy simple and no problems, got a call for a sale associate role then was asked for telephone interview and then asked for a face to face interview which lasted 30 minutes or so
was told next day that i was succesfull and can start as soon as i submitted my documents

What you would expect from this role? Can you go above and beyond
Group interviews where you had to speak about your experience and answer scenario questions. You had to speak about client facing roles and how to best suit what the customer is looking for. Personality traits and people skill set based.
There were some scheduling questions asking about what times the candidates could work. Then 3 STAR questions like tell me about a time where you had to handle an unsatisfied customer.

Only made it one round. First interview is over the phone. Very basic questions to start just to feel you out before they move on to conduct the in person interview
