Group of 5 people got interview at the same time. The interviewer asked one by one question to each person, and people took turn to answer. There were about 5 questions in total.
Group interviews where you had to speak about your experience and answer scenario questions. You had to speak about client facing roles and how to best suit what the customer is looking for. Personality traits and people skill set based.
There were some scheduling questions asking about what times the candidates could work. Then 3 STAR questions like tell me about a time where you had to handle an unsatisfied customer.

Only made it one round. First interview is over the phone. Very basic questions to start just to feel you out before they move on to conduct the in person interview
