I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Apple in Dec 2022
Interview
Call with recruiter, then an interview with someone from the team including presenting a case study, finally a panel interview with back-to-back interviews that included another case study presentation. I didn't hear anything back and finally got an email that stated the team wasn't proceeding with next steps. After going through all those interview rounds, I would have appreciated a phone call at the very least.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What does success look like to you? Tell me about a time you proposed something that wasn't in line with stakeholders or leadership? How do you lead? Tell me about a time when the business changed plans in the middle of a project and how you handled it.
Multiple rounds with a panel of 6-8 people as part of the interview process. Recruiters are slow to get back to you and often will ghost you. Even when an offer is imminent it could take a month or 2.
Straightforward but judgmental from the start.
Dive in and wade the water, and hopefully you get to the next question, and then wade that scenario. Overall great experience and enjoyed the process.
Three step process, incredibly smooth and well informed along the way. The interviewers were clearly engaged and polite, and I had a lot of flexibility with timing. It didn't end up working out for unrelated reasons.
