I applied online. I interviewed at Apple (Birmingham, AL)
Interview
I went through three rounds of group interviews before landing the job with no previous technical experience. Apple is looking for high energy problem solvers who they can train. The group interviews are laid back, but stay a consistent fast paced. Be sure to make eye contact, speak clearly, and listen to your fellow interviewee’s and how their responses are received. EQ is your biggest friend!
Very straight forward, ask about your previous work experience and customer service experience. Was totally like a conversation and not like a script they were going off. It’s a simple process and truly seamless
Challenge yourself. Each interview is different than the last even for the same role. You must be able to share stories that support the goals of the store. Moving up can be quite challenging due to the number of applicants
