I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Apple in May 2021
Interview
Reached out by a recruiter. I had a very unprofessional experience with him. He asked me my availability over the phone without giving me time to look at my calendar. This happened for both the phone screen and the virtual onsite.
The coding round was okay. Easy-medium LC questions.
Virtual onsite was okay too. Very time consuming. I had 7 rounds. I was able to solve all coding questions asked.
After three weeks of waiting, I followed up with the recruiter and got a reject. The company should have the courtesy to reach out to give a feedback. Every candidate puts their time and effort to prepare and take the interviews. The least you could do is call them back after the interview and give them information on what they liked and what they disliked.
So great of a company to put their customers and employees first! Where's their core value when they interview people?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (München, Bavaria) in Apr 2020
Interview
First a 1-hour technical screening over the telephone, followed by an on-site technical interview with 6-7 people, including a meeting with HR.
They make you think through the problem, if you can't come up with a solution right away.
