Interview
Took a long time to hear back. Had to answer a few general questions by email to get pass a first screening (why should we hire you?; what is Ashoka in your own words; when would you be available to start? would you be available to be unpaid for 3 months and maybe paid for the next 3) then was asked to do a Skype interview -brief and standard. Most talking was done by the interviewers. They let me know the following evening. It was a bit confusing, because the internship position looked amazing in the online ad but in reality it was remote because they didn't have space in the office. Was accepted and asked to start after 5 days, but declined.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ashoka in Jan 2018
Interview
It was a behavioral interview to assess the fit for the role. Mostly discussion based. Simple HR questions like why Ashoka, why this role, and about my past experiences. And also if I have worked with some Ashoka fellow in the past
