I had to go through two interviews:
1. One-way video interview
2. Interview with the team leader and another person in the respective team you are applying for. Some of the questions were the same as those in the one-way video interview.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Aurecon (North Sydney) in May 2026
Interview
Online assessment / video Interview, followed by
- an assessment centre where we were split into groups to assess team work with a presentation at the end
- individual interview with two members
They will email you and invite you for an online assessment. The interview consist of i think 6 questions to be answered by video responses limited to 3 minutes, written and multiple choices.

Interview
It went smoothly. Great to meet with industry leads and learnt more details about the graduate role. No really difficult questions, I was asked a lot more about my coursework that's related to work in reality.
