It is a one-way online interview. there are 3 questions, you have 3 minutes for each question, you have unlimited attempts to record your answer. they are all behavioural questions.

After submitting application, I received a link to do the online assessment, where you'll also do video recording for some of the questions asked. I guess I passed since I received a call and had a conversation with the recruiter. Afterwards, an in-person panel interview was scheduled.

Simple straight forward questions, given example projects and how you would address issues. Asked about working / cooperation styles and how you would communicate, was also asked about previous work experiences.
