Direct interview approached on linkedin by HR about railway opportunities. The HR setup an interview with the manager. It ran for around 50mins and was a bit casual. Asked alot of behavioural questions.
Was quite pleasant initially with no surprises but didn't hear back for weeks and was told that the decision makers were on leave. Eventually was told I was unsuccessful after a month long wait.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aurecon (Auckland, ) in Sep 2018
Interview
very poor interview, they asked project experience and focus on my skills rather than explain why I should work for them.
the interview went on as a conversation but we clearly did not get along. I did not feel that they were prepared, they did not read my CV
