Aurecon interview questions

The interview process at Aurecon was surprisingly challenging but lacked engagement. It involved several rounds, including a generic phone screen and a technical panel interview. While the questions were tough, the overall experience felt impersonal and rushed. There was limited opportunity for meaningful conversation or insight into the team or culture.

Overall the process was pretty straightforward and all the instructions leading up to and during the interview process was easy to follow along. Wanting to better understand who you are, and actually have the time to reflect on yourself.
