I applied online. I interviewed at BAT (Montreal, QC)
Interview
I applied online and was contacted for a telephone interview, with basic behavioural questions where they asked me about my background and if you're selected following that you're invited for an in- person interview. Even though the job description didn't mention it, French is very important to get the job (in Montreal).

Interview
I was summoned at the BA offices for an interview. The environment was amazing. I was interviewed by the HR manager and an intern. The intern was smilling and welcoming. However, the manager was a bit aggresive, with starting the interview with things such as "having looked at your CV, i dont think you match for the job". All in all, very mixed feelings. I was left waiting for 3 weeks after final interview with no response, but they responded after i sent them again to ask for more info.

After about a week, an inexperienced recruiters from Romania calls you for a 30 minutes interview. She does not leave you time for questions, it's just a one way conversation. She promises a feedback in 2 weeks, but after a month passed and two emails to ask where I stand, still no life signes.
Ridiculous!!
