After 10 days from my application at Bat, hr manager called me. He explained me some informations about the job and fixed an interview in Rome. When I was there I got my interview with the hr manager and marketing manager of BAT.

How was your typical day in the last job? What do you think about our last marketing campaign? How many euros do we earn each day in Milan?

Interview
BAT assessments for the trainee program are very competitive and stressing. Lot of teamwork is required, team presentations with the rest of the candidates and at the end you do an individual presentation in english.

Online Test, Telephone Interview, Assessment Center. Always very professional and the HR-staff got back to me pretty quickly after each stage. It is important to know why you want to work in tobacco industry. You have to be aware that its morally questionable to work for the marketing department of a tobacco industry. I had the feeling you should be able to explain why you want this job throughout the whole process.
