A recruiter contacted me after applying for the position, and we arranged a phone interview to discuss my background and skill sets. The recruiter then sent my profile to the hiring manager. The hiring manager and I arranged another phone interview.

It was easy. They reached out to me and I accepted then I couldn’t sleep for days out of excitement for this interview. Then on the day of the interview I flung out of bed and clapped my feet.

Friendly and proffessional atmossphere. The company gave a good first impression and the conversation kept light but at topic.
This was not a technical interview so most focus was kept on personal qualities.

Terrible. The manager reached me after 7 p. m. to set up the first round of interviews. Hewas chasing me for the position but then he just ghosted after the third round. Weird.
