First had a phone screening with the internal recruiter. Was friendly and very helpful. Made sure the position was a fit before progressing (I appreciated that). Had two in-person interviews. Both were really great and the people made me feel comfortable. Spoke to my resume and also talked about the role and typical development path within the company (this was entry-level), and I got a great sense about fit. I really liked that the behavioural questions were related to the role - gave them a sense about me but also gave me really good insights about the role (I later had an interview at a different company for a position of same title and had an opposite (i.e. very poor) experience). Although I declined (due to another offer), it was a very difficult decision.

Straight forward 3 rounds. HR, hiring manager and org lead. Was mostly qualitative questions based on my experience and who it relates to the role. Interviewers we’re very nice and friendly
