BD interview questions

Applied online and received an email from HR in a week. Set up phone interview with HR, where they asked basic questions about my job and what I was looking for. Then set up a 30 minute phone interview with hiring manager a week later, where i was asked about my experiences and asked some questions of my own. Then I was asked to come in person for an all day interview 3 months later, where I interviewed with over 10 people. No behavioral questions, mostly about what I did. Lots of technical questions. The whole group was organized and seemed to work well together, however there was an ambiance of uncertainty with the BD merger. Hiring manager said they'd let me know the decision in 1-2 weeks. HR emailed me a few days later saying the whole team is busy with travel and will be interviewing others over the next few weeks, so they'd let me know their decision soon. Well, its been over a month and I haven't heard anything from anyone. So I'll take that as a no?

More of an open discussion type interview. Not too hard did not seem too serious. The role was also just a basic skills role not higher up. It seemed more of a are you willing to do all the work that is needed of you.
