BD interview questions

Behavioral + technical questions. Started with the classic " walk me through your resume" question, followed by "tell about a time when you...", and some other behavioral questions; and then turned into technical questions about how I normally evaluate investment projects and its risks and returns, what formulas did I use and how did I make the calculations etc.

Management is very polite and will make you feel comfortable. They emphasize the appropriate ways to manage conflict and will as you to demonstrate using their techniques in previous jobs. They talk about the training you will receive and your qualifications are important, but most of all, they want to see if you're a good fit for the company. Demonstrate that you live BD core beliefs: We do what is right, we take personal responsibility, and we treat each other with respect.
